Hospitality Included is an important new feature to your dining experience. It helps to provide financial security to the entire staff at Pearl Diver, and protection from any discriminatory behavior traditional tipping can lead to. This Fee is spread among all employees at Pearl Diver including, servers, bartenders, bussers, line-cooks and dishwashers.
The fee is applied to the pre-tax subtotal. In all restaurants, unless you supply a cash tip, you are paying a gratuity on the post-tax total.
Example: Subtotal on bill $100, here is the math for a typical transaction:

Seafood, Oyster, and Burger
The PD burger has been on the menu since day 1 and it was one of the most difficult dishes to get just right. Burgers are about balance: meat, bread, sauce, toppings. I think we nailed it. Don’t be surprised if someone tells you that the best burger they ever had was in a fish restaurant! Choose bacon, or cheese or even our homemade kimchi for something extra funky. Available anytime we are open. Anyone else out there love this burger? Shout out below!
