The PD burger has been on the menu since day 1 and it was one of the most difficult dishes to get just right. Burgers are about balance: meat, bread, sauce, toppings. I think we nailed it. Don’t be surprised if someone tells you that the best burger they ever had was in a fish restaurant! Choose bacon, or cheese or even our homemade kimchi for something extra funky.
